Gilles Létourneau, founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
With a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in computational science, Gilles Létourneau has been a very active participant in the growth of Quebec’s IT industry for over 20 years. In that time, he founded and developed such companies as Conceptum, Cognicase, Walter Ego, and MSDS Solutions. In 2004, to speed the growth of Conceptum, he joined the major French company GFI Informatique, and GFI Solutions was born, before becoming ACCEO Solutions today. Under his guidance, the company’s revenues and employee base have increased significantly: the company now has nearly 1 000 employees, and its sales figures have gone from $26 million in 2005 to $110 million today. Mr. Létourneau has a solid reputation in the industry, and he has been shortlisted for several prestigious awards honouring entrepreneurial excellence, such as CEO of the Year and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Catherine Allard,CPA CA, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
Catherine Allard’s 25 years in business and management have established her experience in all areas of financial management, including financial reporting, governance and compliance of private and publicly-listed companies, company mergers and acquisitions, procurement of financing, and strategic operational and financial planning. Before joining ACCEO Solutions in October 2011, she was CFO at Stingray Digital, where she headed several acquisitions and financing projects. She also held similar positions at global e-business solutions leader Technologies Interactives Mediagrif after occupying strategic posts in both Montreal and Bucharest at Telesystem International Wireless. Ms Allard has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the HEC Montréal. She is a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec and of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. She is also on the board of the Quebec division of Financial Executives International (FEI) Canada.
Bruno Lacasse, Executive Vice-President and Chief Information Technology Officer
Bruno Lacasse is in charge of management plan formulation and strategic planning for all ACCEO Solutions’ products. He sees to the implementation of research and development projects and he is also in charge of defining internal IT guidelines, making it possible to meet the needs of ACCEO Solutions, support its policies, and ensure its success. Mr. Lacasse has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in computer science from the Université de Sherbrooke.
He has over 25 years of solid experience in the development and evolution of software solutions intended for marketing and in IT department management. Bruno Lacasse joined ACCEO Solutions in September 2013. Before that, he was the head of the information technology department at Bishop’s University, and vice-president of technology at Bell Business Solutions and Cognicase.
Henri Lecluyse, Executive Vice-President, Special Projects
Henri Lecluyse has 30 years of experience in the field of information technology. He holds a doctorate degree in medicine and a master’s degree in computer science. He is the founder of one of the first Québécois companies to specialize in information technology for the medical sector. The year 1988 marked a turning point in his career, when he partnered with Gilles Létourneau to create the company Conceptum, today known as ACCEO Solutions.
With sound expertise in the development of information systems, the creation of development platforms, and tax credit management (SR&ED, CMM, and EIMC), Henri Lecluyse is involved in matters of merger, acquisition, taxation, and technological development.
André Goyer, Executive Vice-President and Chief Legal Officer
Mtre Goyer has been a lawyer and member of the Québec Bar for almost 30 years. He has practiced in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity with some of the largest law firms in Montreal. After more than ten years as external legal counsel, Mtre Goyer joined ACCEO Solutions in January 2006 to head its legal department, where he oversees all external and internal legal matters for ACCEO Solutions, including technology, acquisitions, and governance matters.
Mtre Goyer is a board member of the general partner of Stationnement de Montréal, an organization which oversees Montreal’s municipal parking network.
Marie-Carmen Velasco, Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Capital and Shared Services Officer
Marie-Carmen Velasco is in charge of strategic planning, human capital development, and the shared services provided to the company’s various units. Actively contributing to GFI Solutions’ growth since January 2000 and now ACCEO Solutions, she is known for implementing innovative and effective strategies and programs which mobilize employee commitment and integrate employee skills to further the company’s mission and values. Ms Velasco has accumulated solid organizational and management expertise over the last 20 years, and she has been involved in the expansion of large companies in the travel sector. She is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec (ORHRI).
Daniel Mainville, Executive Vice-President, Corporate Sales
An experienced entrepreneur in the information technology industry, Daniel Mainville is in charge of identifying and developing corporate and specialized cross-selling opportunities involving technology solutions and services from ACCEO Solutions’ various business units. With a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Université de Sherbrooke, Daniel is known for the solid guidance and mentoring skills he has shown in his work with sales teams. The establishment of a performance culture, based on respect and the desire to excel, is Daniel’s essential goal.
Having worked for Bell Business Solutions (acquired by ACCEO Solutions in 2008), Daniel has a thorough understanding of the challenges unique to our company. Daniel is also involved in the Quebec Volleyball Federation, chairing the fundraising committee for athletes development.
