MONTREAL — Montreal-based IT consultant ACCEO Solutions Inc. has made its third acquisition in the past year as it ramps up total annual sales to well over $100 million.

It has bought Les Systemes Informatiques O.G.C., which provides management software for renovation centre retailers.

“We’re adding the 25-year-old O.G.C.’s 30-strong staff and products to our existing range of hardware and building materials retailing solutions,” said Gilles Letourneau, CEO of ACCEO (formerly GFI Business Solutions). “The deal expands our portfolio and solidifies our position as a major player in the industry.”

Letourneau would not disclose any financial details.

ACCEO’s recent deals have included Tender Retail, activeMedia Developpement, Fortsum Business Solutions and Bell Business Solutions. ACCEO will now have 1,000 employees and 55,000 clients.
